Take Action Now: Archive Blackboard Collaborate Recordings

Blackboard Collaborate will be removed from Canvas 8/13. Zoom will be the only supported web-conferencing tool in Canvas. Follow the instructions below if you need to archive Blackboard Collaborate recordings.

Bb Collaborate Original:

1. Login to the Blackboard course, and access Blackboard Collaborate.

2. Go to the Recordings tab.

3. Click “Convert”.

4. It might take a while for the conversion to be completed. Come back to this page later to check the status. Click on the play button when it’s finished.

5. On the next page, click the download button to save the recording to your computer.

Bb Collaborate Ultra:

1. Login to the Blackboard, and access Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.

2. Click the menu icon, then Recordings.

3. Click the download button of the recordings you need to archive.
