The upcoming July 26th UMKC Canvas Conference will offer attendees an overview of Canvas as well as more in-depth discussion of tools designed to improve the Canvas experience. Topics to be covered include Canvas 101, Building a Canvas Course, Open Textbook Library, Using the Canvas Teacher App, and in-depth sessions about various tools, and more.

After attending the sessions and broadening your Canvas knowledge, you may have more questions about certain tools. Here is your chance to stump the experts. The Open Lab sessions are designed to answer your most burning questions about Canvas tools.

There will be two Open Lab sessions. The first session will take a deeper dive into the topics of Assignments, Gradebook, and Rubrics. The second session will tackle questions on Panopto and Zoom.

The deadline to register for the conference is Monday, July 22. The conference will take place at the Kauffman Conference Center, located at 4801 Rockhill Road. Registration is free and lunch will be provided.
