UMKC Teaching and Learning Certification

Faculty Certification

UMKC’s Faculty Certification will close to new enrollment at 8 a.m. on June 15, 2020. UM System’s Office of eLearning (OeL) will launch a new faculty certification course in June 2020. Additional enrollment information for OeL’s faculty certification is coming soon. Those enrolled in UMKC’s Faculty Certification have until August 1, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. to complete the course requirements or transition to OeL’s faculty certification course.

Explore best practices for incorporating instructional technology in your courses and learn how to use some of the instructional technology tools available at UMKC. This self-paced course allows you to become certified on your own time, which requires demonstrating mastery of the course concepts of online teaching. Enroll Now…

We support the design, development, and evaluation of online, face-to-face, and blended instruction.
